Hello fellow healthcare leaders,
It has been a year since I transitioned into the role of President, and I am grateful for the opportunity to serve on the board with my wonderful colleagues to support the growth of PPNO. Over the past year, we have experienced some turnover within our board, and I want to extend my sincere thanks to all outgoing members for their contributions, as well as a warm welcome to those who have joined us.
Throughout the year, the board has been actively engaged in expanding our reach and exploring new ways to connect with our members. One of our key initiatives has been creating an online presence with the launch of the PPNO LinkedIn group, which provides a new platform for professional dialogue and collaboration across disciplines. We hope this space will foster meaningful connections not only within our network but also with other professional groups across Ontario.
Looking ahead to 2026, we are excited to continue building on this momentum. Our goals include increasing member engagement, creating more meaningful learning and engagement opportunities for our members.
Thank you once again for your continued support and commitment to the PPNO. Together, we are shaping the future of professional practice in Ontario.
We look forward to enhancing practice with you in this ever-changing time.
Warm Regards,
Rebecca Law, MEd, BScN, RN
